Culture Transformation

Organisation culture, once viewed as a nice-to-have or a “soft space” is now an issue discussed at Board level and a key business lever with a  direct impact on organisational performance.

Why has culture become so important?   No matter how good your business strategy is, it has to go through your organisational culture to be delivered.  And if your culture is not aligned to support your business strategy, it will create a formidable barrier to your success.

Organisational culture is increasingly becoming a focus as organisations seek to define, refine and redefine who they are, what they do and why they do what they do, and bring teams together even in times of great fragmentation.

Culture is hard to build;  it takes a shared commitment from leaders at every level to shape and maintain it. And they have to do it every day.

We’d be hard pressed to pick our favourite type of project at DevLinks, but if we really, really, really had to choose, this just might be it. Culture change or culture transformations are complex, involving many stakeholders and are entirely unique from client to client, which makes them both challenging and highly satisfying.

Our team has delivered several culture transformation projects for some of the region’s biggest organisations, including a post-merger culture integration following a merger of three organisations, and a region-wide transformation across five countries among several others.  We understand how to navigate the complexities of culture transformation and from top to bottom, we can help align your leaders and build the skills that will build an inspiring culture where people want to work, innovate, and build their careers and your business strategy is effectively executed.
